He brings significant content development expertise to his role as content strategist. Joel began his career working for an academic reference publishing company, eventually overseeing all title acquisition, development and production. His experience marketing professional business-to-business (B2B) services includes serving as senior editor for an executive education and learning consulting firm that catered to Fortune 500 executives. He has also worked as a content strategist developing collateral, thought leadership, website content and email marketing for one the largest independent financial and investment advisory firms in the U.S. Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, he also developed marketing content in-house for one of the largest independent full-service creative firms in the mid-Atlantic region.
Joel has a B.A. in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Arcadia University. During his studies, he spent an academic year at the University of Greenwich in the UK studying literature and writing. More recently, he has also received the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute.
